- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 3 tablespoons squid brand fish sauce
- 2 ripe tomatoes cubed
- crispy fried potatoes to serve
- coriander leaves to serve
- steamed jasmine rice to serve
- dry roasted cashews to garnish
The Instruction of massaman lamb shanks
- heat the oil in a large deep saucepan and brown the lamb shanks well remove and set aside
