- 750g beef mince
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 60ml 1 4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 1 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs peanut oil
- 1 small carrot peeled cut into matchsticks
- 1 small red capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion halved thinly sliced
- 100g sugar snap peas thinly sliced
- 60ml 1 4 cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 3 tsp sriracha chilli sauce
- 4 whole grain bread rolls split warmed

- preheat the oven to 180u00b0c 160u00b0c fan forced combine beef ginger two thirds of garlic 2 tbs of the hoisin sauce and 2 tsp of the soy sauce in a bowl season shape into four 2 5 3 cm thick patties heat a large frying pan over medium high heat spray with oil cook patties for 2 minutes each side until browned transfer patties to a lined tray brush with 2 tsp of remaining hoisin sauce bake for 12 14 minutes or until just cooked through rest for 5 minutes

- combine mayonnaise and chilli sauce in a bowl place a pattie on the base of each roll drizzle with mayonnaise mixture top with vegetable mixture herbs and roll tops
