  • 4 shortcut bacon rashers trimmed
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 thick slices white bread
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 baby cos lettuce heart leaves separated washed trimmed
  • 1 2 barbecue chicken bones removed sliced
  • 1 3 cup caesar dressing
