- extra virgin olive oil to serve
- fresh coriander leaves to serve
- 8 diagonal slices baguette
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- trim stalk from cauliflower and roughly chop cut cauliflower into florets place cauliflower stalk and florets onion garlic stock spice blend and 2 1 2 cups water in a large saucepan over medium high heat cover bring to a simmer simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until cauliflower is very soft remove from heat stand for 5 minutes
